Robl Construction began in 1978 when Steve and Vera Robl founded and ran the business out of their Wichita home. After more than 25 years in the Wichita Community, the company has grown into one of the most sought after home builders in the area. In 1997 Robl Commercial Construction was founded, bringing the same philosophy of quality and craftsmanship to the commercial industry.
Since it's inception, Robl Commercial has experienced strong growth - diversifying in all types of construction, from schools, warehouses, offices, shopping centers, churches, historical preservation projects, new and remodels alike. Robl Commercial utilizes steel, wood, block, and other building systems; choosing that which is best for the customer's application and needs. The key to Robl Commercial Construction's success is bringing value to the customer through excellence in the building process. All Robl employees, from management to on-site construction personnel are experienced in their trade and are committed to the Robl philosophy of quality, integrity and dependability.

Robl Commercial Construction utilizes the latest in Project Management Software to track the entire construction project: Prolog Project Management, which delivers complete project tracking; and Project 2000, which gives us powerful schedule management capabilities. This insures the customer receives accurate "snapshots" of job status from initial contract to final punch list.
Robl Commercial has highly skilled personnel experienced in constructing all facets of commercial construction. Steve Robl implemented "complete training" to train all of the superintendents to be licensed in the new International Building Code. Therefore, it's safe to say that Robl has some of the most knowledgeable superintendents in the field.
